6. Relax while we build your new home.
We will keep you informed as to the progress and milestones in the building process. It is exciting to see it take shape.

7. Pre Closing Walk Through.
Here you will walk through your new home with the construction supervisor who will explain mechanical features and other important aspects of the home and building.

8. Closing of your home.
Final paperwork is done, warranty information is received, homeowner information is presented, and the keys to your new home are delivered.

9. Welcome Home.
You move in and enjoy!

1. Learn about Park Crest on Nicollet.
Visit us online, see us in person at our sales center, or give us a call. We will do our best to give you all the information you need on our community, building and floor plans.

2. Reserve a unit.
A simple agreement and a $1000 check (not cashed and fully refundable) allows you to reserve a Park Crest home for one week while you review the materials on our community. Study all of your options, and get all of your questions answered. At the end of the week you may choose to get your check back, or do a purchase agreement.

3. Purchase a home.
Secure your new home by turning your deposit into a commitment to live at Park Crest on Nicollet. Our sales professionals will assist you in filling out the paperwork necessary to purchase here. Details on additional deposits, financing, selections, timetable, etc. will be covered.
